My fiancé and me had such a great experience at Hingham Jewelers. My partner worked with Emily Drohan first to pick out my ring. She was excellent at helping her make decisions and made the process very easy. I then went back to Hingham Jewelers to work with Emily and also had a great experience! I’ve never been happier! I had broken my mother’s ring and I couldn’t find anyone to help me fix it from Maine to Rhode Island. I tried to fix it myself (do not do that!!) because I just wanted to find a way to wear it so badly, to keep my mom close after she died. But I made it so much worse. Now it was broken, burnt, the stone was literally charred and cracked beyond all recognition. But my family had been coming to Hingham Jewelers for decades, trusted them with all their important things for decades. My Nana bought all her jewelry here and my father had my mother’s engagement ring made here. So I figured that if they couldn’t help me, then it really was just toast. I told them that I just wanted to be able to wear it again — it didn’t have to be pretty. It came back to me good as new! The restoration really was beyond my wildest dreams and the staff was just wonderful. Joe, the goldsmiths, and the rest of the crew there were so patient, kind, and communicative of expectations and sent me drawings of the different options they had in mind — and they truly surpassed them all. They gave me back something priceless that I really thought I’d never see again. I cannot thank them enough❤️

So my nana bought all our jewelry here but so did my Dad. And he had my mom's engagement ring custom designed here in 1989. My family has sworn by this place for decades so I knew if anyone could restore this ring it would be you guys! I could not be happier with my experience at Hingham Jewelers. This was my first experience with them and specifically with Emily, whose help was outstanding. Not only did they handle some minor repairs very well; but Emily's help on the redesign of a ring was professional and executed perfectly. The end result is exactly what I had envisioned and my husband and I could not be happier.
Although this was my first experience with them, it will not be my last. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for the very best service and quality from very helpful, friendly staff.

So I lost my original wedding ring. Pretty certain my dog ate it, as I’ve found other rings in its mouth. Yes, embarrassing. However, I’ve forever loved and missed this ring.
