After a quick buying trip to New York City, we are back and inspired by all the new trends we saw!
First off, call it a 90s redo, but large chunky necklaces are on their way back this spring. Think plain links; all gauges of paperclips remain hot. Throw in accents for a little extra pizzazz.
Snake and serpentine styles, turquoise, Tiger’s Eye, as well as enamel and emerald are all attempting a comeback, too. Some of these styles popped up on Oscar night, if you looked closely!
Layering still remains on trend, with the focus moving from the neck to the wrist. We’re noticing satin and matte finishes appearing again, after taking a backseat for the last few years.
Cocktail rings are reappearing as color remains strong. Rainbow patterns are showing up all over, and we noticed flowers popping up in many styles. A nod to Art Deco styles also can’t be ignored, with the use of baguette diamonds surging in popularity.
Think about opening your jewelry box and pulling out all the ‘oldies but goodies’ and either start wearing them or reworking them!
Custom work remains extremely strong for us as we repurpose old pieces to bring them back to life for each person’s evolving style.
